Returns Policy

Here at El Ranchero’s we want you to love your online shopping experience…… and for your assurance we inspect all items carefully prior to sending them to you.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, any items not in original condition with all labels will be rejected.

Although we do NOT provide monetary refunds for change of mind, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

Refunds lost or delayed in post, are not are the responsibility of El Ranchero’s and it is recommended they be sent via registered post. Please ensure you provide your full contact details with any refund items. The return shipping costs and method is the responsibility of the customer.
